It has been found that the average house price in Guntur has increased by 51 percent compared to last year. Visakhapatnam has increased by 29 percent and Vijayawada by 21 percent. In the south, Mangalore has increased by 41 percent, Coimbatore by 11 percent, Goa by 6 percent, and Kochi by 2 percent. It is estimated that prices are increasing due to factors such as cheap land availability, large-scale connectivity with infrastructure, and strong demand in second-tier cities.

As for why Guntur has become a hot topic in the Telugu states, Amaravati can be the reason. With the change of government in AP, the construction of Amaravati will be in full swing there. That is why people from all parts of the country are trying to buy there. This is also believed to be the reason why real estate traders are increasing the prices.
