Land registration charges increasing in andhra pradesh
The state government has directed the district officials to re-examine the increase and reduction of registration values approved by the district committees. The schedule has been announced to this extent. Revenue, municipal and panchayat officials have to review the new values again on 10th of this month. The values finalized by them will be examined by the district committees on 17th. The next day it will be posted on the website to inform the public.
Objections will be received and considered till 24th of this month. On 25th, the district committees will approve them. Registration and Stamps Department IG Seshagiri Babu said in the latest circular sent to the districts that the new values will be implemented from February 1.
- It has been proposed to increase the value of a square yard in Visakhapatnam from Rs.72 thousand to Rs.1.20 lakh, in Rushikonda from Rs.25 thousand to Rs.30 thousand, in Gajuwaka from Rs.22 thousand to Rs.32 thousand, and in Ashilmetta from Rs.72 thousand to Rs.1.20 lakh. .
◆ Under the jurisdiction of Nakkapally Sub-Registrar of Anakapally district, the current residential areas have a square yard of Rs.3 thousand. Here it is proposed to increase Rs.5 thousand. It is proposed to increase the value of a square yard in commercial areas from Rs.7 thousand to Rs.9 thousand. ArcelorMittal Steel Plant and Bulk Drug Park will start this year in Nakkapally area.
