In the south, Mangalore has increased by 41 percent, Coimbatore by 11 percent, Goa by 6 percent, and Kochi by 2 percent. It is estimated that prices are increasing due to factors such as cheap land availability, large-scale connectivity with infrastructure, and strong demand in second-tier cities.
