the AP Government announced 25lakh houses to poor
The AP government has good news for those who want to build a house in AP. The Andhra Pradesh government announced in the budget presented on Monday that 25 lakh houses will be built in the state in the next five years. This scheme will be implemented along with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. On the other hand, the TDP government and CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu had earlier promised to provide two cents of land in cities and three cents in villages to the homeless. In this context, the government’s latest announcement in the budget that it will provide 25 lakh houses/pattas has raised hopes among the beneficiaries.
