👆 Important decisions of TTD Dharmakartala Mandali
Tirumala, November 18, 2024: The first meeting of TTD Dharmakartala Mandali was held on Monday morning under the chairmanship of Sri B.R. Naidu, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. On this occasion, the Chairman explained the important decisions of the Dharmakartala Mandali to the media.
It has been decided to constitute an expert committee so that devotees do not have to wait long in the queues and can have darshan within 2 or 3 hours using artificial intelligence. It has been decided to provide darshan to the devotees quickly based on the report given by this committee.
Decision to report to the government on what steps to take to expel non-religious employees working in TTD.
Decision to clear the garbage in the dumping yard in Tirumala in three or four months.
Decision to rename Srinivasa Setu in Tirupati as Garuda Varadhi.
Decision to request the government to take back the 20 acres of land allotted to Devalok by the Tourism Corporation in Alipiri and give it to TTD.
Decision to take action against those who talk politics and campaign in Tirumala.
Decision to provide Srivari Darshan to Tirupati locals on the first Tuesday of every month.
Order to examine the possibilities of changing the name of Srivani Trust and submit a report in the next meeting.
Decision to withdraw deposits in private banks and deposit them in public sector banks. We will discuss this issue in the next meeting.
Decision to add another item to the menu of the Nitya Anna Prasada Bhavanam.
In the wake of complaints of irregularities in the special entry darshan tickets (Rs. 300/-) allotted by TTD to tourism corporations of various states, APS RTC and TS RTC, it has been decided to completely cancel the quota for the said institutions after examining them thoroughly.
Decision to cancel the lease of the building based on the report given by a committee of TTD officials regarding irregularities and encroachments in the construction of the Math of Visakha Sri Sarada Peetham at Gogarbham Dam in Tirumala.
It has been decided to increase the Brahmotsava award given last year to employees who rendered special services in Brahmotsava by 10 percent. Thus, the Brahmotsava award will be Rs. 15,400/- for regular employees and Rs. 7,535/- for contract and outsourcing employees.
MoU with TVS for prevention of leakages in Srivari Temple and modernization of Anna Prasada Kendra. TVS will do these works free of cost.
